Doug Williams Doug grew up in Reno and can usually be found installing blast deflectors in exotic locales such as Sydney and Abu Dhabi. He leads BDI's team of ground run-up enclosure field superintendents. The only thing Doug enjoys more than installing anchors for blast deflector is sinking his boat anchor for a day of fishing on Lake Tahoe. |

Don Cipriano Another product of Reno, Don leveraged his background in designing, manufacturing and installing structural building systems and water treatment facilities to become BDI's Director of Operations. Don oversees all aspects of the fabrication and installation of BDI's jet blast deflectors and ground run-up enclosures. When he's not travelling to the four corners of the globe, Don is a frustrated San Francisco 49ers fan. |

Dustin Moore A native from Willits, California, Dustin brings a unique background to BDI's purchasing department. A former university English instructor, Dustin makes sure BDI's suppliers mind their P's and Q's. He also handles all of BDI's shipping logistics, not a small task considering more than half of the company's projects are overseas. When he's not on the phone at BDI, Dustin can often be found on stage performing acoustic music with his band. |

Dean Roberts No stranger to passport control officers around the globe, Dean is away running field crews more than he is home. When he is home, he finds plenty to do as a master carpenter with a passion for building furniture. As a former competitive diver, Dean is always ready to dive right into challenging projects (these days without the Speedo). |

Don Bergin Since 2005, Don has led BDI's JBD sales and marketing efforts. He travels the globe promoting the BDI brand and networking with airport professionals. His knack for languages and passion for travel have been a major part of BDI's recent international expansion. Outside of work he is an avid fan of the Reno Air Races and enjoys camping with his family. And yes, he plays the accordion. |

Greg Rocha After a stint in the US Navy, one of Greg's first post-military jobs was with BDI. He claims to be one of the first full-time non- family employees of the company, though this is under review. A left-brain creative thinker in a company dominated by right-brain engineering types, Greg is adeptly suited to manage BDI's design department. When not coaching the BDI technical staff, Greg coaches youth football, basketball and baseball (his second full time job). |

Ross Titlow Ross started as an engineering intern at BDI his junior year of college and was hired full time after he completed his studies. Ross focuses on all aspects of engineering of BDI products, from R&D to structural design checks. As a youngster, Ross was involved in showing paint horses at competitions around the west. Now he's riding tall in the saddle with BDI. |

Alec Garcia Another former intern turned employee, Reno native Alec brings a unique skill set to the sales department. His fluency in Spanish has proved to be very valuable as BDI continues to pursue projects in Spain and South America. While still an intern, Alec made five international trips for BDI, and his collection of colorful passport stamps continues to grow. Outside of work Alec enjoys hunting and has been known to temporarily store mammal carcasses in BDI's warehouse. |

Kurt Jameson A field superintendent with a background in construction, Reno native Kurt leads installation crews on projects of all sizes. He has spent a considerable amount of time on GRE projects at overseas locations such as Dubai and Bogota. As a former competitive soccer player, Kurt has proved that hardheadedness is a soccer skill that transfers well to construction site work. |

Pat Clark Pat brings a diverse background to her position as Office Administrator. Formerly in the high-tech industry, Pat responds to RFP's and assists with all aspects of the sales process at BDI. Her energetic and upbeat personality set the pace for BDI. When she's not keeping everyone in order at BDI, Pat likes to relax at her mountain retreat. |

Denise Dalton BDI's main number cruncher, Denise makes sure invoices are sent out and keeps BDI's lights on by making sure bills are paid. Eclipsing her passion for accurate accounting are her passions for cats and country music. |

Mike Sherman From contract to review to preparing financial statements, Mike's deep understanding of the financial side of BDI is a key to the company's success. Not your classic bean counter, Mike is able to steer BDI through the most challenging seas of red tape with a calm confidence. An expert fly fisherman, a map on his office wall confirms that more than 200 bodies of water have had fish withdrawals by Mike (and deposited – Mike believes in catch and release). |

Lenny Rivera NYC native Lenny is a skilled drafter and a key part of BDI's technical staff. Lenny is also an experienced builder of wooden model ships, which is surprising considering he claims to have struggled with both drafting and woodshop in high school. This is a testa- ment to Lenny's dedication and commitment to overcoming challenges. Lenny is also an avid New York Giants fan, which can be challenging as well. |
